Dr. Strand has helped thousands of patients with symptoms related to hormone deficiencies and weight gain. She is one of America's top naturopathic physicians in hormone replacement therapies for weight management and works closely with each of her patients to find the solution to controlling their weight, improve their cholesterol levels and she provides life-long treatment plans to help lead a better Quality of Life.

Melissa Blankenship, a certified Naturopathic Medical Assistant graduated with honors from Lams en College. Melissa has supported hundreds of patients through the BioDiets program by closely monitoring the progress through a series of weekly follow-ups, telephone support and meal planning. Melissa worked directly with Dr. Proxies Strand, NMD with each and every patient in order to provide the patients with the best possible continuity of care.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Angela Bowers, PHD.
Dr. Angela Bowers is a clinical psychologist in practice since 1980. Dr. Bowers provides the necessary emotional and psychological support to BioDIets patients through a series of weekly group meetings held at the BioDiets offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Bowers works with patients of all ages and specializes in cognitive and behavioral therapies including clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, meditation and yoga. Dr. Bowers helps BioDiets patients identify and control their relationships with food, eating and helps them find healthy alternatives to these self-destructive behaviors.
