Dr. Lisa Fillis, NMD.

Naturopathic Doctor and HCG Medical Weight Loss specialist, Dr. Fillis earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ in 2002. She is a licensed doctor in the State of California and is a member of the AANP and CNDA. Dr. Fillis brings over 15 years experience in the medical field to BioDiets.

Dr. Valerie Phillips, NMD.

Naturopathic Doctor and HCG Medical Weight Loss specialist, Dr. Phillips studied Biochemistry at the University of California at Davis and then went on to earn her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University just outside of Seattle Washington. Dr. Phillips combines western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Nutrition into her treatment modalities with BioDiets patients.

MEDICAL STAFF
Melissa Blankenship, NMA.

Melissa Blankenship, a certified Naturopathic Medical Assistant graduated with honors from Lamsen College. Melissa has supported hundreds of patients through the BioDiets program by closely monitoring the progress through a series of weekly follow-ups, telephone support and meal planning. Melissa worked directly with Dr. Proxies Strand, NMD with each and every patient in order to provide the patients with the best possible continuity of care.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Angela Bowers, PHD.

Dr. Angela Bowers is a clinical psychologist in practice since 1980. Dr. Bowers provides the necessary emotional and psychological support to BioDIets patients through a series of weekly teleconferences and web meetings held online at BioDiets.com. Dr. Bowers works with patients of all ages and specializes in cognitive and behavioral therapies including clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, meditation and yoga. Dr. Bowers helps BioDiets patients identify and control their relationships with food, eating and helps them find healthy alternatives to these self-destructive behaviors.
