I am vegan so I eat relatively healthy, however, I have not been able to drop some of the baby weight from my third child. I have between 18-20lbs I would like to lose. Will I be able to do this on a vegan diet? Thanks, Tracy

We have had vegetarians and vegans go through our program with success. But because of the limited vegetarian protein choices and how they are metabollized by the body, we find that vegetarians/vegans tend to not lose as much weight on the HCG diet as people who eat animal protein while on the program.

Hi Tracy, Vegan diets have proved to be quite effective for many of them, the only thing that you need to take care about is to follow the regime that has been planned to have the results. Be rest assured that, you will have some good results to cherish provided you stick to your regime. Good luck!! Directory of Suboxone Treatment Centers
