I am interested in losing 30-40ibs. I currently exercise 6 days a week for about 1-2 hours. I do strength training and cardio. Can I continue exercising while I am on the HCG Diet and if so, will this speed up weight loss? I enjoy exercising and want to continue with my exercise regimen.

It is recommended that you do not exercise while on the HCG program. It seems a bit counter-intuitive, but exercising while on the program actually slows/stops the weight loss process. If you have been exercising regularly for a while, talk with your BioDiets physician to discuss possible options.

During an HCG diet you should first of all consult the concerned person to have a full picture of the process and the steps involved in HCG. Haven't heard of people workout during an HCG diet, but never knew the exact reason behind it. This could be better explained by the Diet physician. Cheap Xanax
