That is a great question. Even though there are alot of lower calorie and leaner meats and veggies out there, with this particular program the list of food have been found to be the best at not disrupting the diet process.

Unfortunately, turkey is not on the "allowed" food list. We have had many patients try to eat turkey, and most of them noticed a significant slowing of their weight loss process. Just because a meat or protein may be "leaner" or lower in calories, does not necessarily mean that it will be metabalized in the same manner during this HCG program, so we suggest that you only eat foods found on the "allowed" list.

Though turkey is considered to be a learner one, but yeah it is not necessarily one of the best foods to have while on a diet. It is true, that the weight loss does depend on the metabolism of the person but the intake of such leaner meat hard on the stomach should be avoided. There are plenty of other meats that you can opt for and the vegetables are the best to have during this phase. Cheap Xanax
