Can I have sugar free soda whole on the program?? Options

I love sugar free soda and since it has no calories and is sugar free can I have this in place of coffe for caffine?

No! Sodas are not allowed on the HCG program, even if they are sugar free. Sugar free products are made with artificial sweetners (aspartame,etc), which are very toxic and harmful to your health. Try using stevia instead. Stevia is a natural sweetner that is 200 times sweeter than sugar. Look for flavored stevia like root beer or grape, and add it to sparkling water to make your own great tasting soda!
